Nice to meet you! I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from
the University of Southern Mississippi and a Bachelor of Science
degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University. I am a
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW # 27715) in
Minnesota and have been practicing therapy since 2018. I am also a board approved clinical supervisor. I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field through education, internships, and practice.

I believe in a strengths-based approach and collaboration in the
therapeutic process. It is important for me to learn about the
person as a whole, and their place in their environment. I
believe every individual is unique and may require a variety of
modalities to determine what fits best. My overarching
framework is to provide neurodiversity affirming care and find
paths to work with your strengths instead of against them. My
intent is to cultivate a safe and supportive atmosphere where
healing, growth, and insight can take place. I am here to help
you find clarity in making decisions, overcoming challenges,
setting goals, and being there for you wherever you are at this
moment.

Expected therapeutic approaches can include, but are not limited to, solution focused therapy, person-centered, Dialectical Behavior-Informed Treatment, Relationship-based treatment, and general geekery.

I enjoy incorporating art, creativity, and special interests into
therapy.
